PASTICCERIA VENEZIA
Pasticceria Venezia is an artisanal company started by a family of highly experienced pastry-makers. Since their shop has been running for over hundred years, it was enlisted in the italian Register of historic businesses. Pasticceria Venezia tells a story of four generations of pastry-makers, who produced delicacies both following original regional recipes, and creating new ones, in order to please all customers. Giovanni Antonio Ferracina, son of Rosy and Leopoldo keeps the tradition running: he spent longer terms in other european countries, like France and Belgium, while learning from some of the most famous chocolate-masters.

Nowadays Giovanni works to combine traditional products like his well-known cestini (lit. “little baskets”) and his crispy millefoglie with other high-quality products like: handmade chocolate eggs, artisanal pandoro and panettone macarons, dragees, spreadable creams, forty different kind of pastries, a wide selection of tartes both simple and stuffed, mousses, bavarois-puddings, biscuits.

The pastry-shop does not restrict its production production to pastries and sweets, it also sells its own coffee mixtures in two different tastes, good to make your real italian coffee, creamy and tasty. Pasticceria Venezia is a so called institution in Vicenza, one of its well-established shops, celebrating more than century of business.
